Established in 2005, this festival is dedicated to various styles and techniques that make guitar one of the most versatile and influent instruments in the world. From bluegrass to blues, jazz, rock folk and acoustic fingerstyle, everything you can have from a guitar.

GUINNESS CORK JAZZ FESTIVAL

The Cork Jazz Festival is one of Ireland’s most successful Arts Cultural Events and one of the top three Jazz music festivals in the world. It attracts over 40,000 visitors to Cork City each October Bank Holiday Weekend to hear over 1,000 musicians perform in concerts, clubs and pubs around the city.

THE KINSALE FRINGE JAZZ FESTIVAL

 Kinsale Fringe Jazz Festival is a offshoot of the Cork Jazz Festival. It has more than 20 venues running through out the town and has a less hectic feel. 

THE GALWAY EARLY MUSIC FESTIVAL

Annual festival including performances, workshops, events and theatre in the Galway City Museum and in the street. Their objective is to bring the music and  dances of the 12th -17th centuries alive through concerts performed by performers and bring awareness and interest to the general public of Galway’s medieval heritage.
